Why I Do It

My Mission

Contagious Transformation was birthed out of two desires of mine, one being was to see people healed in the mind and the second was giving people the tools and techniques to protect their healing. What’s the point of being healed if you aren’t equipped with how to handle your healing?

Healing is contagious, healing is attractive, but most of all healing is continual.

There is no end game to healing so that is why I desire to build with my clients a stock pile of mental tools to navigate the unknowns, the highs and dips of life. Life doesn’t take a pause so our healing shouldn’t either.

  • "Don't let their inability to change affect your ability to change. Some people like where they are. My ability to pass my test today gives someone else the ability to pass theirs tomorrow." - Niña Tené
